Assisted Employment Services wants to even the playing field for these individuals.

 

We are the only South Florida 501 C 3 certified as a non-for-profit organization solely dedicated to offering specialized employment services.

Our goal is to make these individuals have equal opportunities to secure lucrative employment and allow them to thrive despite today’s economical hardships.

 

Assisted Employment provides services such as occupational evaluations, mock interviews, and job coaching, to ensure that they are well prepared to successfully engage in a thriving job interview.

Once the job seeker is completely prepared, assisted Employment Services will reach out to our many prominent friends in the community,
and ask that they open their doors to our candidate.

Fortunately  our organization has been able to touch the hearts of many potential employers that provide jobs and opportunities to
individuals who are burdened with disabilities.

These employers understand, and stand by their values, by allowing developmentally, physically or emotionally disabled individuals to regain their pride and self esteem through providing them with the opportunity to work, and feel as a contributing member of society.
